Auch dieses mal lief wieder alles super. Fahrservice vom Hotel hin und zur\u00fcck. Kommunikation auch in deutsch und englisch und Terminplanung einfach perfekt..\nSelten hab ich so ein guten Service erlebt, erst recht nicht bei deutschen \u00c4rzten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man f\u00fchlt sich zu jeden Zeitpunkt gut aufgehoben und hat immer ein Ansprechpartner.\nWas mich besonders beeindruckt, das man ihnen hier nichts unn\u00f6tiges verkaufen will. Ich hatte mehrfach noch Fragen und Ideen was ich gerne gemacht h\u00e4tte. Man hat mir teilweise davon abgeraten und mir nachvollziebar erkl\u00e4rt, warum das medizinisch nicht gut ist. Sowas schafft f\u00fcr mich noch mehr vertrauen und ich muss sagen, mein Zahnarzt ist ab jetzt in Sofia.
