Voor de meeste pati\u00ebnten volstaan gedurende enkele dagen pijnstillers tegen hoofdpijn, zoals Aspirine. Er is een kleine kans dat een implantaat niet osseo-integreert, dat wil zeggen dat het niet aan het bot vastgroeit. Normaal gesproken merken we dat tijdens de genezingsfase, na het plaatsen van het implantaat. Als dat gebeurt, moeten we het implantaat verwijderen en enkele weken later een nieuw implantaat plaatsen. Eenmaal ge\u00efntegreerd en functionerend heeft u meer dan 90% kans dat elk implantaat na 25 jaar nog steeds goed functioneert.
