Подходящи ли са за мен зъбните импланти?

Наскоро при нас дойде една симпатична жена с желание за пълно зъбно възстановяване, без предварителни изследвания. Дамата, пристигаща чак от Шотландия, беше изключително мотивирана и ентусиазирана в очакване на новата си усмивка – беше проучила всички материали и детайли за процедурата. За съжаление, още в началото изследванията с 3Д скенер показаха пълно отсъствие на стабилна кост, нужна за поставяне на импланти. Новината я изненада и съответно разстрои, както и нас, изключително много. Диагнозата й предполагаше дълго и трудно лечение.

Често при нас идват пациенти, които на базата на реклами и разговори с продавач-консултанти в Интернет си представят, че процеса на лечение е по-бърз по-лесен отколкото всъщност е! Учудващо е, колко много хора са готови да се хвърлят сляпо на хирургичната маса на базата на обещания за бързо и лесно оправяне на даден проблем. Макар това наистина да е така в много случаи, има и пациенти, които не са подходящи. Те стават лесна жертва на някои клиники водени от комерсиални подбуди, опита ни показва, че това се случва доста често в Турция и не само. Може да ги разпознаете по това, че рекламират бързо, лесно и евтино лечение.

И така! Ставам ли за импланти?
Основно правило е да сте в добро медицинско състояние. Възрастта противно на очакванията не е проблем. Преди започване на лечение не трябва да имате никакви активни инфекции в устата. Ако има такива трябва да се отстранят предварително.

Започнете с едно елементарно изследване – панорамна рентгенова снимка! Тя струва 20-ина лева и дава обща представа за състоянието на зъбите ви. За съжаление, тя не е индикативна за наличието на достатъчно кост, в която да се захване импланта. За това трябва да се направи 3Д скенер. Това всъщност е най-често срещания рисков фактор при поставянето на импланти и затова имаме отделно видео какво се прави в случаите, когато това е проблем.

Други рискови фактори са някои заболявания като диабет и рак например, както и приемането на някои специфични медикаменти.

Планирайте логистиката. Според личния лечебен план може да ви се наложат няколко посещения в клиниката през няколко месеца.

И накрая, но съвсем не последно -личната хигиена. Именно заради отсъствието на добра хигиена много хора стигат до нуждата от импланти. И ако си мислите, че няма да промените нищо съветът ми е по-добре си спестете парите!

  De kliniek biedt uiterste professionaliteit en een vriendelijke service. Ik kwam hier voor een stralend witte glimlach, en precies dat heb ik gekregen. Kaloyan Stoev heeft een stevige handdruk en is een oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam persoon. Dankzij de planning van G. Getov kon ik een afspraak inplannen op een moment dat mij het beste uitkwam.

  Angel and Bobby were so lovely and helpful whilst transferring us all week to and from the centre to our hotel, the centre itself was nice and clean and a lovely place, the only issue I would have is about communication regarding what is actually happening when having appointments. Kris was very good with communication, lovely and helpful and very quick to respond but sometimes you are left a bit unsure about what is actually happening on the day from other staff members. Other than that it has been amazing and the dentistry work they do really speaks for itself.

  Wer es nicht erlebt hat kann es nicht glauben. Ich bin 77 Jahre alt und habe noch nie eine solch fast perfekte Organisation gesehen. An allen Tagen in der Klinik  nie mehr als 10 Minuten Wartezeit bei den Behandlungen  in den  verschiedenen Abteilungen.  Alles besser als erwartet und versprochen. Da können unsere hochpreisigen Kliniken sehr viel lernen.

  Just had my final visit at Sofia Implant Centre and would like to thank each and every one of the amazing staff from the drivers to the owner from the bottom of my heart. You have completely changed my life. Being from the UK and travelling over 7 months ago and absolutely petrified of the dentist Kris completely and instantly put my mind at ease and once we went through the paperwork passed me over to to the incredible staff who worked their magic on a full mouth restoration. The transformation in a week was unbelievable and nothing but compliments when I got back to the uk ( and those were temporary teeth ) Kris sorts all the arrangements and so clear and knowledgeable a real credit to the company. Returning for 2nd visit again all explained in detail what was going to be done and all to schedule. I’m a nervous patient and the surgeons are so patient and caring they really look after you . I really can’t complain about a thing here and would highly recommend Sofia Implant Centre for they all do an incredible job . From really bad teeth to can’t stop smiling all thanks to these guys .   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch, bin aber heute rundum zufrieden! Im Januar wurden meine Implantate gesetzt und im Oktober die neuen Zähne eingesetzt. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles super organisiert und professionell. Herr Kolev war während meines Aufenthaltes bis spät abends erreichbar, hat vieles organisiert und mich durch die gesamte Behandlung begleitet. Die deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner und Zahnärzte waren ebenfalls eine große Hilfe. Auch mit der Heilung und dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich kann die Zahnklinik wirklich weiterempfehlen und bin froh, mich dafür entschieden zu haben. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team! 😊

Hallo Sofia Implantat Center!

Ich war von 18.01. -23.01.2026 für meine Zahnbehandlung dort in Klinik. Ich war von Anfang an überrascht, wie alles dort sehr gut abläuft. Meine positiven Eindrücke waren wie folgt:
• Man bekommt gleich ein paar Schuhüberzieher, dass wegen der Reinigung bzw. keine Fremde-gefährliche Erreger von außen in die Klinik hineinkommt, sehr gut!
• Medizinisch und fachliche Kompetenz war Exzellent!
• Ganz neue zeitgemäße Behandlungsmethode, hier können manche anderen Kliniken z.B. in Deutschland/Frankfurt die Scheibe davon abschneiden, super!
• Freundliche Personal sowohl an der Rezeption, den Zahnberater und in der weiteren Etage der Klinik die Ärzte, Ärzte-Assistent generell alle nett, Sehr gut!
• Transfer-Fahrer für die Abholung und die Rückfahrten war nett, höflich und pünktlich!
• Alles in allem ist diese Klinik sehr zu empfohlenen, lassen Sie sich wie ich angenehm überraschen.
• Es war meinen ersten Besuch in Jan.2026 und ich komme gerne wieder zum zweiten Besuch in Okt.2026.
• Zu guter Letzt sind die Preis-Leistung Verhältnisse ohne kongruent.
Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle und insbesondere Herr Diyan mein Berater.

  Ако държите да имате хубава усмивка препоръчвам ви София Имплант център. Там ще получите всичко от което се нуждаете: професионализъм, внимание, грижи, хуманно отношение. Мен ме впечатли перфектната организация която собственика на клиниката е успял да създаде: Контактуваш с координатор който ти обяснява всичко за лечението и за процедурата. Моят беше Симеон : доволна съм от начина по който съпътства лечението ми. Имплантологът Секулов ми стана любим доктор. Хареса ми работата на доктор Краскова. Временната протеза която ми постави, така добре я
избра че ми свали десет години от възрастта.

  I cannot praise Sofia Implant Centre highly enough! From the moment I first made contact, the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic.
Having extensive dental work carried out abroad is a huge decision, and naturally I had my worries and concerns. However, the professionalism, care and attention I received from the entire team made the whole experience so much easier than I ever imagined.
The clinic is modern, spotless and extremely well organised, and the dental team are clearly highly skilled and dedicated to what they do. Throughout my treatment, I felt I was in very capable hands.
A very special thank you must go to Kris, my consultant. Kris has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Always approachable, patient, reassuring and happy to answer my many questions! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and having someone like Kris there to guide me through such a life-changing experience made an enormous difference. A real credit to Sofia Implant Centre!
I would also like to thank the surgeons, dentists, nurses and everyone behind the scenes for their hard work, kindness and professionalism.
Having a full-mouth restoration with implants is not something you undertake lightly, but the team at Sofia Implant Centre have made what could have been a very daunting experience into an incredibly positive one.
To anyone considering dental implants, particularly those travelling from the UK, I would wholeheartedly recommend giving Sofia Implant Centre serious consideration.

  Read the reviews of people's experience with Sofia implants, I can agree them, the staff are amazing, friendly and professional, Dr Oggie my dentist and Stephanie my dentist assistant were both very very good and kind, caring with the professional approach to my experience. The centre is amazing and if you get the chance to be shown around, you will not be disappointed. My dental surgeon Dr Beni is a great experienced dental surgeon who is honest when he tells you how they will complete your smile for life. In all I have had a great experience here from the nice staff at reception to each and every person who I interacted with in my 1st visit. Guys!   I cant fault Sofia Implant in any way very professional and look for perfection in all they do. Im 70 and spent 3 or 4 years deciding should i get full implants upper and lower jaws wish i had had it done 10 years ago so if your thinking about it stop thinking give them a call and they will book your flight sort out a hotel infact you just need to get to the airport job done

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hervorragende Behandlung und Betreuung – absolute Empfehlung!

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team des Sofia Implant Centre für die hervorragende Behandlung und Betreuung bedanken.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Dr. Eva Kraskova. Sie arbeitet äußerst gewissenhaft, präzise und einfühlsam und hat eine beeindruckende Liebe zum Detail. Man merkt jederzeit, dass ihr die Qualität der Arbeit und das Wohl des Patienten wirklich am Herzen liegen. Ich habe mich bei ihr fachlich und menschlich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch die Arbeit des Labors war hervorragend. Die Qualität, Präzision und Ausführung haben mich sehr überzeugt.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchte ich Herrn Dimitar Belkin aussprechen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch befand ich mich in einer besonderen Situation, und er stand mir dabei sehr professionell, verständnisvoll und mit viel Empathie zur Seite. Seine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Art hat mir in diesem Moment sehr geholfen.

Auch Herr Hristo Ivanov hat uns in dieser konkreten Situation sehr unterstützt und war jederzeit hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die gesamte Klinik zeichnet sich meiner Erfahrung nach durch eine außergewöhnlich hohe Kundenorientierung, Professionalität und Lösungsorientiertheit aus. Man fühlt sich als Patient nicht einfach nur behandelt, sondern wirklich ernst genommen und persönlich betreut.

Auch die Organisation rund um den Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir waren in einem Partnerhotel der Klinik untergebracht und auch der Hol- und Bringservice hat absolut reibungslos und zuverlässig funktioniert.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich außerdem die hochmoderne Zahn- und Untersuchungstechnik, die in der Klinik eingesetzt wird. Alles wirkt sehr professionell und auf einem modernen technischen Stand.

Ich bin mit meiner Behandlung und der gesamten Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Sollte bei mir in Zukunft wieder eine zahnmedizinische Behandlung notwendig sein, würde ich mich ohne zu zögern wieder für das Sofia Implant Centre entscheiden.

Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal für die hervorragende Arbeit und Betreuung.

  Останах с много добро впечатление от Sofia Implant Centre. Комуникацията със г-н. Симеон Атанасов беше много лесна и цялата организация мина спокойно и без излишно губене на време.

Искам да благодаря и на двамата стоматолози и техните асистенти за внимателното и професионално отношение по време на процедурите.
