C’è molto marketing e si parla molto dello zirconio come materiale per realizzare corone dentali. È risaputo che probabilmente è il materiale più estetico.
Ma! Ecco il trucco: non tutti i materiali di zirconio sono degni di stare nella vostra bocca. Ora vi mostrerò di cosa sto parlando: c’è zirconio e zirconio!
Questo disco costa circa 300 euro. È prodotto in Germania, ha i relativi certificati e ci si può aspettare che soddisfi il 100% degli elevati requisiti tecnologici per la qualità.
E quelli sotto sono circa 30 euro, cioè 10 volte più economici – di solito prodotto in Turchia o Cina. Non sto scherzando: ecco un riferimento su Alibaba (ecco un link).
Il rischio di utilizzare zirconio di scarsa qualità è che presto dovrà sostituire la corona o il ponte. E credetemi, in molti posti otterrete esattamente questo se non riuscite a distinguere la qualità dello zirconio.
Allora qual è la differenza? La differenza sta nei dettagli: in generale, lo zirconio economico è fragile e antiestetico. Quello costoso è composto da diversi strati che conferiscono un colore sfumato naturale, profondità e permeabilità alla luce. Soddisfa determinati standard di resistenza. Non meno importante è come si lavora lo zirconio – ciò richiede l’utilizzo di apparecchiature odontotecniche costose. Ad esempio, questa fresatrice tedesca costa circa 70.000 euro:

E sì, certo che c’è un compromesso con la qualità del risultato! Inoltre, lo zirconio viene lavorato in diverse fasi importanti, come la cottura, dove il processo deve essere molto preciso e anche qui ci possono essere ulteriori compromessi da fare. Chiedete alla clinica con cui volete lavorare, con quali apparecchiature lavorano lo zirconio, per sapere che qualità aspettarsi. Richiedete una garanzia dell’origine ed eventualmente il certificato dello zirconio. Se non sono molto disponibili a parlarne, allora stanno nascondendo qualcosa e avete motivo di essere sospettosi. Proprio come ci sono differenze nella qualità dello zirconio, ci sono differenze in quasi tutti i processi odontotecnici. Questo ci porta al prossimo punto importante: perché abbiamo bisogno di un laboratorio moderno?

Als Step 1 wurden die Implantate gesetzt, nun müssen sie 6 Monate einheilen, danach werden die Kronen aufgesetzt. Das Gebäude, indem sich das Sofia Implant Center befindet ist sehr beeindruckend. Die technische Ausstattung des Sofia Implant Center ist hervorragend, besser als das, was man teilweise in deutsche Zahnarztpraxen vorfindet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice von der Klinik ins Hotel und zurück. Wo wird man in Deutschland vom Zahnarzt zum Termin geholt? Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Mein Rat ist, einen 3D Scan der Zähne, vorher nach Sofia zu schicken, dann gibt es auch keine Überraschungen bei der Preisfindung Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter des Sofia Implant Center war super. Sie geben durch ihre Professionalität den Patienten Sicherheit, auch denen wie mich, die nicht so gern zum Zahnarzt gehen. Ich werde das SIC auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den sehr gut deutsch sprechenden Implantologen Dr. S.....v, der guten Seele im Hintergrund Herrn K......v und die immer fröhliche und nette Anna-Marya an der Rezeption.

Hallo ich war vom 1.bis 5.Juli in Behandlung es war alles super vom Hotel den Transfer und von der Klinik.Die Ärzte waren super und auch das Personal,es hat alles super geklappt.Auch Beate war Klasse .Ich bin wieder wie ein neuer Mensch.Ich habe den Oberkiefer komplett gemacht und muss wieder im Januar 2025 kommen werde dann auch noch den Unterkiefer machen lassen vielen Dank an alle.

Ich hatte letzte Woche meinen zweiten Behandlungstermin in Sofia. Auch dieses mal lief wieder alles super. Fahrservice vom Hotel hin und zurück. Kommunikation auch in deutsch und englisch und Terminplanung einfach perfekt.. Selten hab ich so ein guten Service erlebt, erst recht nicht bei deutschen Ärzten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich zu jeden Zeitpunkt gut aufgehoben und hat immer ein Ansprechpartner. Was mich besonders beeindruckt, das man ihnen hier nichts unnötiges verkaufen will. Ich hatte mehrfach noch Fragen und Ideen was ich gerne gemacht hätte. Man hat mir teilweise davon abgeraten und mir nachvollziebar erklärt, warum das medizinisch nicht gut ist. Sowas schafft für mich noch mehr vertrauen und ich muss sagen, mein Zahnarzt ist ab jetzt in Sofia. Ich kann es jeden nur zu 100% empfehlen.
