Angel and Bobby were so lovely and helpful whilst transferring us all week to and from the centre to our hotel, the centre itself was nice and clean and a lovely place, the only issue I would have is about communication regarding what is actually happening when having appointments. Kris was very good with communication, lovely and helpful and very quick to respond but sometimes you are left a bit unsure about what is actually happening on the day from other staff members. Just had my final visit at Sofia Implant Centre and would like to thank each and every one of the amazing staff from the drivers to the owner from the bottom of my heart. You have completely changed my life. Being from the UK and travelling over 7 months ago and absolutely petrified of the dentist Kris completely and instantly put my mind at ease and once we went through the paperwork passed me over to to the incredible staff who worked their magic on a full mouth restoration. The transformation in a week was unbelievable and nothing but compliments when I got back to the uk ( and those were temporary teeth ) Kris sorts all the arrangements and so clear and knowledgeable a real credit to the company. Returning for 2nd visit again all explained in detail what was going to be done and all to schedule. I’m a nervous patient and the surgeons are so patient and caring they really look after you . I really can’t complain about a thing here and would highly recommend Sofia Implant Centre for they all do an incredible job . From really bad teeth to can’t stop smiling all thanks to these guys . I cannot praise Sofia Implant Centre highly enough! From the moment I first made contact, the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic.
Having extensive dental work carried out abroad is a huge decision, and naturally I had my worries and concerns. However, the professionalism, care and attention I received from the entire team made the whole experience so much easier than I ever imagined.
The clinic is modern, spotless and extremely well organised, and the dental team are clearly highly skilled and dedicated to what they do. Throughout my treatment, I felt I was in very capable hands.
A very special thank you must go to Kris, my consultant. Kris has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Always approachable, patient, reassuring and happy to answer my many questions! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and having someone like Kris there to guide me through such a life-changing experience made an enormous difference. A real credit to Sofia Implant Centre!
I would also like to thank the surgeons, dentists, nurses and everyone behind the scenes for their hard work, kindness and professionalism.
Having a full-mouth restoration with implants is not something you undertake lightly, but the team at Sofia Implant Centre have made what could have been a very daunting experience into an incredibly positive one.
To anyone considering dental implants, particularly those travelling from the UK, I would wholeheartedly recommend giving Sofia Implant Centre serious consideration.

Read the reviews of people's experience with Sofia implants, I can agree them, the staff are amazing, friendly and professional, Dr Oggie my dentist and Stephanie my dentist assistant were both very very good and kind, caring with the professional approach to my experience. The centre is amazing and if you get the chance to be shown around, you will not be disappointed. My dental surgeon Dr Beni is a great experienced dental surgeon who is honest when he tells you how they will complete your smile for life. In all I have had a great experience here from the nice staff at reception to each and every person who I interacted with in my 1st visit. Guys! I cant fault Sofia Implant in any way very professional and look for perfection in all they do. Im 70 and spent 3 or 4 years deciding should i get full implants upper and lower jaws wish i had had it done 10 years ago so if your thinking about it stop thinking give them a call and they will book your flight sort out a hotel infact you just need to get to the airport job done

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team des Sofia Implant Centre für die hervorragende Behandlung und Betreuung bedanken.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Dr. Eva Kraskova. Sie arbeitet äußerst gewissenhaft, präzise und einfühlsam und hat eine beeindruckende Liebe zum Detail. Man merkt jederzeit, dass ihr die Qualität der Arbeit und das Wohl des Patienten wirklich am Herzen liegen. Ich habe mich bei ihr fachlich und menschlich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch die Arbeit des Labors war hervorragend. Die Qualität, Präzision und Ausführung haben mich sehr überzeugt.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchte ich Herrn Dimitar Belkin aussprechen. Bei meinem letzten Besuch befand ich mich in einer besonderen Situation, und er stand mir dabei sehr professionell, verständnisvoll und mit viel Empathie zur Seite. Seine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Art hat mir in diesem Moment sehr geholfen.

Auch Herr Hristo Ivanov hat uns in dieser konkreten Situation sehr unterstützt und war jederzeit hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die gesamte Klinik zeichnet sich meiner Erfahrung nach durch eine außergewöhnlich hohe Kundenorientierung, Professionalität und Lösungsorientiertheit aus. Man fühlt sich als Patient nicht einfach nur behandelt, sondern wirklich ernst genommen und persönlich betreut.

Auch die Organisation rund um den Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir waren in einem Partnerhotel der Klinik untergebracht und auch der Hol- und Bringservice hat absolut reibungslos und zuverlässig funktioniert.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich außerdem die hochmoderne Zahn- und Untersuchungstechnik, die in der Klinik eingesetzt wird. Alles wirkt sehr professionell und auf einem modernen technischen Stand.

Ich bin mit meiner Behandlung und der gesamten Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Sollte bei mir in Zukunft wieder eine zahnmedizinische Behandlung notwendig sein, würde ich mich ohne zu zögern wieder für das Sofia Implant Centre entscheiden.

I had full upper and lower all on six implant treatment at the Sofia Implant Centre in February 2026, followed by permanent zirconium bridges in August. The results are exceptional — my smile looks fantastic and I can eat normally again.
My thanks to Dr Rafid Hussain, the head surgeon, for the outstanding surgical work, and to Dr Ogur Inal, who fitted my zirconium bridges with real precision and care. I also want to give special thanks to Kris George my Consultant, who managed to secure me an appointment at the last minute when the Centre was fully booked.

I recently visited Sofia Implant Centre for a check-up of my All-on-4 implants, which I had completed there 3 years ago, and my experience continues to reward me for choosing their excellent services.

My consultant this time, Diyan Shkodrov, was extremely helpful with booking the hotel and arranging my transfer, along with the sweetest clinic guide at the airport, whose name I unfortunately forgot.

My meeting during the check-up with dental specialist Dr Kliment Bekiarov, who was also responsible for creating my final smile, was as always very warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. He was more than willing to answer all my questions, and the check-up showed that everything was flawless.

Sofia Implant Centre is one of the most modern and top-quality dental clinics, adhering to the highest European standards with excellent equipment, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding organised patient care.
Everyone on staff—from the drivers and receptionists to the nurses, consultants, and doctors—is dedicated and highly specialised in their role. The system works seamlessly, inspiring trust, organisation, and professionalism.

I greatly appreciate the doctors' honesty and ethics, which clearly outweigh short-term profit, as well as their detailed transparency. This was evident in the meeting following the panoramic X-ray to determine the treatment plan.

My case was particularly challenging for All-on-4 in the upper jaw due to my very thin bone structure, which carried the risk that the implants might not integrate after the multiple extractions required. The decision was ultimately mine on whether to proceed.
My consultant at the time, Lina—a Greek woman raised in Bulgaria—was always willing to explain, advise, and support me on a personal level throughout our communication, from start to finish.
So, I decided to take the leap, go ahead with the extractions (which had to be done eventually anyway), and move forward with the implants.

The surgery was a success, and everything went perfectly thanks to the surgeon and the nurse assistant. It was a long and thorough procedure that required delicate handling, expertise, and, of course, patience from all of us. My bone was thin but dense and strong. I mention this because while an X-ray may show available bone, it cannot always reveal its actual quality or density.

The follow-up process was very satisfying, both for my temporary teeth and especially for the final set, where we used Digital Smile Design simulations. Dr Kliment Bekiarov carefully listened to and discussed all my preferences regarding the shape, size, and colour of my teeth.

As a result, I now have a wonderful, natural-looking smile that feels completely my own. They are fully functional, and the total cost was significantly lower than it would have been in Greece.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sofia Implant Centre to my friends in Greece and abroad whenever a similar need arises.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this dental clinic right from the start.

From start to finish, I was treated professionally, yet very warmly and with great care. Special thanks to the doctors, who are outstanding professionals: Dr. Rafid, Dr. Ugur, Dr. Bekyarov, all the dental assistants, and my consultant, Simeon Atanasov, who was always there for me, took a lot of time, and explained everything very clearly whenever I called him with questions—from treatments to prices—and gave me a warm welcome every time I visited the clinic. At every step, I felt well-informed and in safe hands.

The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind. You can tell right away that they truly put their hearts into their work. The atmosphere at the clinic is very pleasant; it makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I will definitely recommend your clinic to as many friends and family members as possible.

The clinic is fabulous and you're well cared for throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend Sofia Implant Centre. They arrange airport pick up, provide details of nearby hotel accommodation and free clinic driver to collect you from your hotel to the clinic and back for all appointments. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because despite the colour of my implants being lightened, I'm still not happy with the colour and could do nothing about it as it was my final fitting.
