Les implants dentaires en Turquie : le prix réduit en vaut-il la peine ?

En discutant avec certains patients, ils nous disent tout le temps : « Le traitement en Turquie coûte moins cher ! » C’est pourquoi nous aimerions clarifier deux points : en quoi le traitement coûte-t-il vraiment moins cher et quels facteurs devez-vous prendre en compte pour effectuer la comparaison ? Enfin, grâce à cet article vous saurez comment reconnaître facilement les offres authentiques.

Voici la moyenne des prix pour des implants dentaires en Turquie :

Implant dentaire individuel : 150 euros – 450 euros
Le prix dépend généralement de la marque de l’implant, et comme vous le verrez plus loin dans le texte, du prix de la couronne.

Restauration dentaire complète de la mâchoire ALL-ON-4 : 2000 euros – 3500 euros
Le prix varie en fonction de plusieurs facteurs tels que la possibilité de proposer des dents temporaires fixes lors de la première visite, du matériau des dents permanentes (par exemple, le zircone), de la présence d’une barre en titane et de la procédure de greffe osseuse. Très souvent, leurs offres comprennent l’hôtel et les transferts aéroports gratuits.

En consultant des centaines d’offres de traitement pour implants dentaires proposées par des cliniques localisées en Turquie, nous avons remarqué quelques tendances.

SAVOIR COMMENT COMPARER LES PRIX EN FONCTION DES MARQUES D’IMPLANTS

Il est tout à fait normal que chaque clinique veuille se démarquer et montrer qu’elle utilise des implants de qualité. Il n’y a rien de mal à cela. De ce fait, les cliniques mettent l’accent sur la marque et l’origine de leurs produits. En général, les marques d’implants dentaires que vous verrez plus fréquemment sont Straumann et Bego.

Straumann représente la marque d’implants la plus haut de gamme. Le prix producteur-clinique pour un implant avec un pilier est de l’ordre de 500 à 600 euros. Par conséquent, vous devez vous méfier lorsque vous voyez le terme « marque Straumann » dans votre offre pour un implant qui coûte moins de 800 euros. Cela signifie généralement que l’offre porte sur une autre marque d’implant, éventuellement détenue par le groupe Straumann.

Si vous demandez à un dentiste Turc s’il existe des implants turcs bon marché, la réponse sera sans aucun doute Bego. Les prix entre le producteur et la clinique se situent dans une fourchette de 30 à 50 euros. Sous son immatriculation allemande, Bego vous sera vendu comme étant un implant allemand de première qualité. En réalité, l’immatriculation elle-même n’a pas d’importance, car c’est le protocole d’implantation qui compte avant tout. Ceci devrait représenter un autre signal d’alarme pour vous.

D’après notre avis d’experts, la marque des implants devrait être moins significatif que les autres facteurs de prix. En effet, la marque est trop souvent utilisée comme une distraction marketing qui permet de faire les patients oublier ce qui compte véritablement.

LES COÛTS CACHÉS : LES COURONNES ET LES GREFFES OSSEUSES

Un implant dentaire sans couronne n’a aucune utilité, n’est-ce pas ? C’est justement le prix de la couronne qui reste généralement caché dans les annonces d’implants dentaire à bas prix. En règle générale, les cliniques turques ne mentionnent pas le type de leurs couronnes et encore plus rarement la marque de leurs matériaux. Cette astuce leur permet de compenser le faible prix de l’implant dentaire par une marge plus élevée sur la couronne. Par exemple, le zircone, qui est considéré un matériau standard pour les couronnes, varie de vingt fois plus en fonction de la qualité. Cependant, ce qui vous importe le plus en tant que patient, il s’agit du prix de l’offre groupée, c’est-à-dire le prix d’un implant accompagné d’une couronne. Vous serez alors surpris de constater à quel point les calculs ne semblent pas fonctionner comment ils le devraient …

Vous arriverez à la même conclusion en termes de greffes osseuses (ou d’élévations sinusales) qui consistent à ajouter de l’os à des endroits où il en manque. Ces cliniques usent généralement de ce procédé comme « atout supplémentaire » à titre de dédommagement pour le faible prix qu’elles vous proposent à la base. La greffe osseuse consiste à une procédure chirurgicale standard. Bien que son taux de réussite soit généralement élevé, il n’y a jamais de garantie de réussite. En outre, il faut compter 6 à 12 mois avant de connaître le résultat du traitement. En général, le coût de la procédure varie entre 300 et 700 euros. Comme il est difficile de contrôler la manipulation proprement dite, vous devrez faire confiance au chirurgien.

À quoi faut-il prêter attention ? La zone interdite à éviter à tout prix

Ne nous voilons pas la face ! Beaucoup trop de cliniques dentaires en Europe et ailleurs prennent des décisions basées exclusivement sur leurs intérêts financiers plutôt que l’intérêt de votre santé. La Turquie rentre malheureusement tout à fait dans cette catégorie. En décembre 2022, après 22 cas de décès confirmés, le gouvernement britannique a lancé un avertissement officiel à tous ses citoyens se rendant en Turquie pour y effectuer du tourisme médical. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les éléments à prendre en compte pour choisir une clinique dentaire pour votre traitement.

ATTENTION ! La promesse d’un traitement implantaire basé sur une image radiographique est une arnaque !

Il existe une règle simple en implantologie dentaire : PAS D’OS – PAS D’IMPLANT ! Malheureusement, Il s’agit de la réalité d’environ 50 % des cas chez les patients. Et pour couronner le tout, la radiographie n’a pratiquement aucune valeur lorsqu’il faut déterminer s’il y a suffisamment d’os. Un scanner 3D tomographique assisté par ordinateur à faisceau conique (CBCT en anglais) est le seul et unique test qui donne une idée précise de l’épaisseur et de la densité de l’os de la mâchoire. Grâce au scanner 3D, le chirurgien peut prendre une décision objective sur l’emplacement exact et le type d’implant à placer. Tout le reste ne représentant qu’une approximation.

L’ Académie américaine de radiologie orale et maxillo-faciale (AAOMR) a clairement indiqué que « le scanner 3D CBCT consiste à la méthode d’imagerie de choix pour l’évaluation de tous les sites d’implants dentaires. »

Notre meilleur conseil pour vous sur ce qu’il faut savoir : toute promesse de traitement implantaire basée sur une radiographie plutôt que sur un scan 3D CBCT 3D est une arnaque ! En résumé, toute offre/promesse de traitement implantaire basée sur une simple radiographie ne suivra très probablement pas le bon protocole et vous finirez par perdre votre argent. Plus important encore, des problèmes de santé s’ensuivront rapidement.

AUCUNE MENTION DE LA CHIRURGIE GUIDÉE ?!

Bien qu’il ne s’agisse pas nécessairement d’une arnaque, l’absence de chirurgie guidée démontre clairement que la clinique utilise des protocoles dépassés et que votre santé ne représente pas sa priorité absolue. La chirurgie guidée constitue la technique d’implantation éprouvée qui garantit la précision, une récupération plus rapide et surtout, un succès à long terme. Elle nécessite des compétences particulières de la part du chirurgien, un laboratoire dentaire avancé et des outils coûteux. De nos jours, tous les cas d’implants dentaires aux États-Unis sont réalisés par chirurgie guidée.

EN QUOI CONSISTE L’INTÉRÊT POUR MOI ? COMMENT ACHETER UN IMPLANT DENTAIRE EN TURQUE ?

Ce qu’il faut retenir c’est de se méfier des promesses (ou des offres) de traitement basées sur une radiographie. N’acceptez que celles basées sur les résultats d’un scanner 3D CBCT. Si vous ignorez ce conseil, vous jouez avec votre santé et vous risquez de vous faire poser des implants que vous ne souhaitez absolument pas avoir. Demandez une chirurgie guidée.

En moyenne, le coût d’un implant dentaire le plus largement annoncé en Turquie varie entre 150 et 450 euros. Toutefois, le traitement par implant dentaire peut être plus coûteux au total s’il nécessite des procédures supplémentaires telles qu’une greffe osseuse ou une élévation sinusale.

En conclusion, nous pouvons dire que le prix des implants dentaires en Turquie peut varier en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, tels que le nombre d’implants nécessaires, les matériaux utilisés, l’expérience et les qualifications du dentiste, et l’emplacement de la clinique.

I recently visited Sofia Implant Centre for a check-up of my All-on-4 implants, which I had completed there 3 years ago, and my experience continues to reward me for choosing their excellent services. My consultant this time, Diyan Shkodrov, was extremely helpful with booking the hotel and arranging my transfer, along with the sweetest clinic guide at the airport, whose name I unfortunately forgot. My meeting during the check-up with dental specialist Dr Kliment Bekiarov, who was also responsible for creating my final smile, was as always very warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. He was more than willing to answer all my questions, and the check-up showed that everything was flawless. Sofia Implant Centre is one of the most modern and top-quality dental clinics, adhering to the highest European standards with excellent equipment, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding organised patient care. Everyone on staff—from the drivers and receptionists to the nurses, consultants, and doctors—is dedicated and highly specialised in their role. The system works seamlessly, inspiring trust, organisation, and professionalism. I greatly appreciate the doctors' honesty and ethics, which clearly outweigh short-term profit, as well as their detailed transparency. This was evident in the meeting following the panoramic X-ray to determine the treatment plan. My case was particularly challenging for All-on-4 in the upper jaw due to my very thin bone structure, which carried the risk that the implants might not integrate after the multiple extractions required. The decision was ultimately mine on whether to proceed. My consultant at the time, Lina—a Greek woman raised in Bulgaria—was always willing to explain, advise, and support me on a personal level throughout our communication, from start to finish. So, I decided to take the leap, go ahead with the extractions (which had to be done eventually anyway), and move forward with the implants. The surgery was a success, and everything went perfectly thanks to the surgeon and the nurse assistant. It was a long and thorough procedure that required delicate handling, expertise, and, of course, patience from all of us. My bone was thin but dense and strong. I mention this because while an X-ray may show available bone, it cannot always reveal its actual quality or density. The follow-up process was very satisfying, both for my temporary teeth and especially for the final set, where we used Digital Smile Design simulations. Dr Kliment Bekiarov carefully listened to and discussed all my preferences regarding the shape, size, and colour of my teeth. As a result, I now have a wonderful, natural-looking smile that feels completely my own. They are fully functional, and the total cost was significantly lower than it would have been in Greece. The clinic is fabulous and you're well cared for throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend Sofia Implant Centre. They arrange airport pick up, provide details of nearby hotel accommodation and free clinic driver to collect you from your hotel to the clinic and back for all appointments. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because despite the colour of my implants being lightened, I'm still not happy with the colour and could do nothing about it as it was my final fitting.

From early stages inquiry Kris talked me through the process booked my flights and Sofia implant centre did the rest got to choose my hotel which this you pay yourself but get a discount via the clinic. All the transfers to and from the clinic was taken care of. All the staff were professional and welcoming went over my plan after 3d cray everything was explained and the costs were broken down. All medication was provided pain, antibiotics and vitamin c all to help with the healing process. At the end of a week of treatment I was fitted with my temporary teeth after agreeing color and size for 6 months then back for my permanent. Thank you to all the team from the drivers to the surgeons and everyone else like receptionists and nurses. The centre is kept immaculately clean and got shown round the centre even the lab in house that make the teeth. Definitely recommended it.

my journey at Sofia implant started in 2024 , I had a negligent dentist in the UK and ended up with severe gum disease . I contacted various dentists abroad Sofia implant center was the only one who was interested in saving as many of my own teeth as possible .I spoke to Kris who co ordinated everything from start to Finnish including booking hotels arranging for me to be picked up from the airport and he was always there if I needed anything .Dr Hussain extracted the bad teeth also he is a maxillofacial surgeon who repaired a scar on my lip for which I am eternally grateful for . I decided to have the guided implants ,Dr Patchev put them in for me , this wasn't pain free but was bearable and everything was explained to me .For the next part I was under Dr Jana who fitted the teeth onto the implants all on 5 top 4 implants on bottom and 6 crowns .All was finished in Dec 25 I am extremely happy with the outcome so a massive big thanks to everyone who treated me the front desk staff and the drivers bobby and angel .Since returning to the UK I have visited their Stockport branch for a little correction , to anyone who is considering implants ,Sophia implant center is second to none. I had all on 4 on the top,and a full set of crowns on the bottom. This is a super modern,well equipped and staffed dental hospital,where every part of your treatment is done by a specialist. 2 Years ago I visit Sofia Implant for first time for major dental work .From my first contact with Kriss over the phone and Mariela at the reception for all arrangments, the special care from dr.R.Taskova and specialy dr.K.Bekiarov -I had great service and care .Overall I found price very reasonable and good quality for work and materials.
