PATIENT JOURNEY

What should you expect during your appointment with Sofia Implant Centre.

Before departure

  • Our staff can help you buy flight tickets and book a hotel before your arrival. Should you prefer to do the booking by yourself, please be informed that hotel to clinic transfers are arranged for hotels situated within reasonable to our clinic and you might need to use a taxi.

 

Airport and hotel transfers

  • When you arrive by plane you will have a booked airport pick-up by our dedicated driver. The driver will wait for you at the dedicated waiting area at the airport. Due to Covid-19 it is currently outside of the main gate.
  • The driver will aim to arrive on time and have a note with your name written on it. However, due to traffic complications you might need to wait a while. We ask for your patience should this be the case. You can call us or send us a message at tel./WhatsApp: +359 897 603609.
  • In case your stay includes several appointments the driver will arrange with you the next pick-up at the lobby of the chosen hotel as well as your transfer back to the airport.
  • Late arrivals/departures – outside of normal office hours and/or during weekends – you can take a taxi from the airport. In this case please keep your receipt and we will reimburse the expenses. Taxi costs are reimbursed for late arrivals only.

 

At the Clinic

  • The medical staff will prepare everything needed for your examination and you will be asked by the assistant to follow him/her to the dental cabinet.
  • Please follow the safety and Covid-19 rules described below.

 

Examination and treatment

  • Your first visit will start with an examination performed by a doctor.
  • You will likely need to be taken to our X-ray laboratory as the X-ray image is needed to assure your treatment plan is correctly prepared.
  • You might need to wait a while until the medical staff is discussing your X-ray results and treatment options and are preparing the precise treatment plan to be offered to you.
  • You will have a dedicated meeting with the medical team and get explained the proposed treatment plan, incl. the related risks, phases and costs.
  • If you accept the treatment plan you will be asked to sign the needed documentation related to your informed decision and subsequent appointments will be booked for you.
  • Prior to departure you will be offered different payment options by the front desk administrator (cash or card). Should you need an invoice, please inform the front desk administrator.
  • You might be asked to provide your feedback regarding the different aspects of your experience with Sofia Implant Centre. This is to help monitor the quality of our operations.

 

Safety & Covid-19

  • Prior to leaving the waiting area you are kindly asked to place hygiene covers over your shoes. This is to help us follow the safety and hygiene protocol of the clinic.
  • Hand sanitizers are available at our reception desk and vehicle.
  • We kindly ask you to wear a protective mask during your visits at the clinic.
  • All our staff have green certificates regarding Covid-19
  • Our staff can assist you with booking Covid-19 PCR tests before your flight back if needed.

 

Other

  • We would like to kindly ask you to follow all instructions given by the Sofia Implant Centre staff.
  • Being on time at the hotel lobby will allow us to follow strictly the schedule of the clinic.
  • Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask the front desk administrators or your doctor.

Ich vergebe hier noch einen Stern extra ⭐ Ich war in der KW 29 in Sofia, um meine Zahnlücken im Backenzahnbereich beheben zu lassen. Als Step 1 wurden die Implantate gesetzt, nun müssen sie 6 Monate einheilen, danach werden die Kronen aufgesetzt. Das Gebäude, indem sich das Sofia Implant Center befindet ist sehr beeindruckend. Die technische Ausstattung des Sofia Implant Center ist hervorragend, besser als das, was man teilweise in deutsche Zahnarztpraxen vorfindet. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice von der Klinik ins Hotel und zurück. Wo wird man in Deutschland vom Zahnarzt zum Termin geholt? Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Mein Rat ist, einen 3D Scan der Zähne, vorher nach Sofia zu schicken, dann gibt es auch keine Überraschungen bei der Preisfindung Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter des Sofia Implant Center war super. Sie geben durch ihre Professionalität den Patienten Sicherheit, auch denen wie mich, die nicht so gern zum Zahnarzt gehen. Ich werde das SIC auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den sehr gut deutsch sprechenden Implantologen Dr. S.....v, der guten Seele im Hintergrund Herrn K......v und die immer fröhliche  und nette Anna-Marya an der Rezeption.

Меня зовут Яна и мне 57 лет, в мае  я первый раз приехала в клинику в Софии, и сразу получила 4 импланта, через месяц я получила ещё 4 импланта, и сверху и снизу временные коронки, через пол года я приеду за постоянными зубами. Здесь прекрасный персонал, профессиональные врачи помощники, совершенно не больно, хотя я очень сильно боялась, цены реальные. Могу только посоветовать, приезжайте за белоснежной улыбкой. Меня зовут Юлия, мне 54 года .В июле 2024 года летала в Болгарию, город София  имплант центр.
Получила новые зубки ,осталась очень довольна ,на фото это ещё пока временные зубки ,в декабре полечу уже за постоянными церконивыемыми.
Я обсолютно напрасно боялась ,было не больно поставила два импланта и коронки передних зубов ,обошлось не дорого  ,окружена была вниманием ,заботой .очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал,знают много языков ,помогают с переводчиком.
Все очень хорошо организовано,новая клиника ,новое современное оборудование ,профессиональные специалисты высокого уровня .

Hallo ich war vom 1.bis 5.Juli in Behandlung es war alles super vom Hotel den Transfer und von der Klinik.Die Ärzte waren super und auch das Personal,es hat alles super geklappt.Auch Beate war Klasse .Ich bin wieder wie ein neuer Mensch.Ich habe den Oberkiefer komplett gemacht und muss wieder im Januar 2025 kommen werde dann auch noch den Unterkiefer machen lassen vielen Dank an alle.

Ich hatte letzte Woche meinen zweiten Behandlungstermin in Sofia. Auch dieses mal lief wieder alles super. Fahrservice vom Hotel hin und zurück. Kommunikation auch in deutsch und englisch und Terminplanung einfach perfekt..
Selten hab ich so ein guten Service erlebt, erst recht nicht bei deutschen Ärzten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich zu jeden Zeitpunkt gut aufgehoben und hat immer ein Ansprechpartner.
Was mich besonders beeindruckt, das man ihnen hier nichts unnötiges verkaufen will. Ich hatte mehrfach noch Fragen und Ideen was ich gerne gemacht hätte. Man hat mir teilweise davon abgeraten und mir nachvollziebar erklärt, warum das medizinisch nicht gut ist. Sowas schafft für mich noch mehr vertrauen und ich muss sagen, mein Zahnarzt ist ab jetzt in Sofia. Ich kann es jeden nur zu 100% empfehlen.
